Subscribing & Unsubscribing From Forum Topics:
Whenever you start or reply to a "new" topic, right below your comment/post there is a box that reads "Check this box to be notified of replies to this topic". Simply unclick this box and you will never receive an update for that post. This feature is shown for your first post/reply for a new topic only! Note: If you have already subscribed to a topic and want to unsubscribe from it, read below on how to turn it back off:
If you have already subscribed to a topic, whenever you go back to the site to read it, directly underneath the last post for this topic there is a blue "unsubscribe" rectangle button. Simply click on it and this will turn the subscribe feature off for this topic that you're currently subscribed to. Alternatively, you can also subscribe to interesting topics you're interested in in this same manner by clicking on the "subscribe" button.
We have also made it easy to unsubscribe from "All Topics" at once! If you don't want to receive any e-mail updates to any of the topics you're currently subscribed to, simply visit "My Profile" and click on the "Forum Tab". In your profile this Forum tab is used to help you keep track of all the recent topics you've commented in. At the bottom underneath these posts you'll see a "Unsubscribe All" button. Simply click on this button and it'll unsubscribe you from all topics at once!
Please be aware, that although this will unsubscribe you from all your previous topics, whenever you do start or engage in a new topic and if you don't want to receive replies to your comments by e-mail to any new topics in the future, you should leave the "Check this box to be notified of replies to this topic." option unchecked. Otherwise this will subscribe you to new topics you may post in, in the future.
